"I came across this Web site by accident and am glad that I did. The customer service has been great in helping me make intelligent decisions for my purchases. I have been using the small Linear Gravity Pillow for a few weeks now for regular sleeping and love the way it feels. I started for the first week using the side where the neckroll is smaller. I then switched to the side that is slightly larger. I mainly use it for laying on my back, but I find it is equally comfortable in the sidelying position. I have noticed that my upper trapezius muscles are less sore/tense and that the twinge I would feel in my neck when rotating it sideways has decreased.The radiculopathy in my fingers has lessened slightly. I have C4-6 mild disc bulges, central canal stenosis and foraminal compromise. It has affected my finger function for what I need to do to earn a living. I was so impressed with this pillow and the hope that I can continue my career plans and avoid surgery. Today I purchased the Cervical Traction Neck Pillow and the Pronex Pneumatic Cervical Traction unit."

For most of the Arc4life products we sell, we offer a 30 day return policy. In all cases there is a 15% Return fee and shipping is not refundable. Here are the details for the various products we sell on Arc4life.com
Return Policy for Arc4life Neck Pillows
* Includes the Arc4life Cervical Traction Neck Pillow and the Linear Gravity Neck Pillows (small, med and large)
- If within 30 days you are not satisfied with the pillows, contact us via the above email first. We will reply back with the return instructions. There is a 15% return fee and shipping is not refundable.
- Put the pillow back with the plastic in the original box
- You can ship via any method: Post office, fedex, DHL or UPS. If you can email us back the tracking information that would be great.
- Include your name (name used under the billing information), date ordered, and order number if possible (inside the box).
- Return the pillows to: Arc4life, 437 Naubuc Ave #105 Glastonbury CT 06033.
- Please note that if you purchased the dust cover that is not refundable. Please keep that at home, and use it for any other standard size pillow you have at home.
- We will refund you the same way you made payment: via your credit card (visa, mastercard, amex) or paypal. If you paid by check, we will mail you a check. If you used a different name in shipping and billing, make sure you provide us with the Billing name you used.
