"I came across this Web site by accident and am glad that I did. The customer service has been great in helping me make intelligent decisions for my purchases. I have been using the small Linear Gravity Pillow for a few weeks now for regular sleeping and love the way it feels. I started for the first week using the side where the neckroll is smaller. I then switched to the side that is slightly larger. I mainly use it for laying on my back, but I find it is equally comfortable in the sidelying position. I have noticed that my upper trapezius muscles are less sore/tense and that the twinge I would feel in my neck when rotating it sideways has decreased.The radiculopathy in my fingers has lessened slightly. I have C4-6 mild disc bulges, central canal stenosis and foraminal compromise. It has affected my finger function for what I need to do to earn a living. I was so impressed with this pillow and the hope that I can continue my career plans and avoid surgery. Today I purchased the Cervical Traction Neck Pillow and the Pronex Pneumatic Cervical Traction unit."

Explaination of status of your order on the Order Tracking Page
ORDER STATUS
New means that your order hasn't been processed yet. Orders are usually processed on a daily basis, and the order status is updated then.
In Progress means that we are currently processing and working on your order and it has not yet been shipped. Orders will be fulfilled as quick as possible, according to the product's time frame which is specified on this page further down.
Completed means that your order has been shipped. When the status is completed, the delivery confirmation number, or tracking number, is posted under the 'waybill' section. You can use this to track your order. Tracking info is usually emailed to you once the order has been shipped. However if you did not enter an email address, or the email address entered was invalid this is the exception.
Back Ordered means that we are currently out of the requested item and will restock as fast as possible. The reason is usually listed in the 'Notes' section of your order.
Archived status is usually only used for an order that was placed with the payment as a money order and was not received after a reasonable amount of time. Or, if you placed more than one identical order by mistake, the duplicate order is credited and archived. Another reason is that your card might have been declined. In which case we would e-mail you to let you know. If you do not respond within a reasonable amount of time, we will archive your order. Once you have received your product and all transactions are completed we will archive your order.
PAYMENT STATUS
Pre-Authorized- Pre-Authorized means that your order was successfully received and the order amount was authorized to be valid, however has not yet been 'captured' meaning actually charged. Pre-authorizing just checks to make sure the funds are available and places them on hold. Orders are then usually settled within 72 hours.
Settled means that your order has been fully charged and the funds were successfully retrieved. This is usually done and posted within 72 hours.
Unknown payment status is only used for orders placed that selected money order as the payment. The payment status is unknown until we receive the payment at our PO Box, and will be updated to 'Settled' once the payment has been received.
Notes section is where we'll put extra info such as if you did not include the disclaimer in your order, or if something is out of stock. We also put the date shipped and shipping method used in the notes section once the order is Completed.
All of the info on your Order Tracking Page is the most current information regarding the status of your order.
