"I came across this Web site by accident and am glad that I did. The customer service has been great in helping me make intelligent decisions for my purchases. I have been using the small Linear Gravity Pillow for a few weeks now for regular sleeping and love the way it feels. I started for the first week using the side where the neckroll is smaller. I then switched to the side that is slightly larger. I mainly use it for laying on my back, but I find it is equally comfortable in the sidelying position. I have noticed that my upper trapezius muscles are less sore/tense and that the twinge I would feel in my neck when rotating it sideways has decreased.The radiculopathy in my fingers has lessened slightly. I have C4-6 mild disc bulges, central canal stenosis and foraminal compromise. It has affected my finger function for what I need to do to earn a living. You can place orders using a credit card (visa, mastercard and american express) via our secured ordering system. You can also order through the mail by sending us either a cashier's check, or international money order. Sorry, No COD's or temporary checks. Do you ship products to PO Box address?
As for shipping, Fedex does not ship to a PO Box- it requires a physical address (this address can be business or a residential address). If you do enter a PO Box for the shipping address, we will contact you to get a physical address.

Because Arc4life uses Fedex.com for shipping, YES a physical address is required. You can use a PO Box for your billing address. You must use a physical address for the shipping location. This address can be to your home address or to a business address.

Do you ship internationally ?
Yes, Arc4life is proud to ship all over the world ! Every month we ship many pillows to many countries. We do accept international orders, however you must fill out our International Mail Order form to calculate your shipping costs and delivery time. We respond to most e-mails within 48 hours. In the past we have shipped to Canada, Australia, Germany, Ireland, Norway, Spain, India and the Philippines and many other countries. Check out our International Shipping Rates. Shipping Internationally requires extra postage and forms to fill out.

My credit card is being declined and the order is not going through, what should I do?
When you place an order, the billing address you use for billing must match the address on your credit card statement. If this does not match, then our system will not accept your order. You must enter your address, credit card number, expiration date and CVV # correctly. If your credit card statement goes to your PO Box, then enter your PO box in the billing section. If your order does not go through the first time, try ONLY one more time and make sure you have all the correct informaiton. Do not try multiple times to put in a credit card that becomes declined. Each transaction will show up as "pending" and will take a few days to be erased from your credit card transaction history. We may have to put your order through manually. Call us at 860-430-9084 to complete this. Alternately, if you do not wish to enter your billing information or don't want to use your credit card, you can pay via paypal as well.
Do you ship products to an APO address ?
We do ship to APO addresses- but you must email us your order manually to info@arc4life.com. Tell us what you wish to order and what method of payment you wish you use. The best method of payment is Paypal. If you wish to pay via visa or mastercard, then the billing address you provide must match where your credit card statement arrives. Just remember that some products on our website may take longer to reach you. We will usually ship the product Priority Mail, United States Post office. For any type of military address, we have to go to the post office in person to drop off your package. Tracking numbers are usually not available. Shipping will take longer. If you don't recieve you product in a reasonable time, email us so that we can check the status of the product from our end.

What is your return policy on your products ?
For most of our products, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee on (starting from the invoice date; This 30 day return date is strictly enforced and we will check to see what date you received the product via tracking info. For any other product, just return the product in the original packaging in for a refund of the product price less shipping and a 15% return fee. Email us at arc4life@cox.net that you wish to return the product so that we can anticipate the product. Please include in the original box: Your name, your address, telephone number and an email address so that we may contact you once the refund is complete.
This unconditional 30-day guarantee also includes the Cervical Traction Neck Pillow, our most popular neck pillow. We want you to be satified with your purchase. If within 30 days the Cervical linear traction neck pillow does not meet your expectations, ship it back to us and and we will gladly refund your purchase price less shipping and handling + 15% return fee. Hi Arc4life,I purchased a Cervical Neck Pillow from you 2 days ago. I received it this morning. I opened the box, put the pillow on my bed, and laid down to "test drive" it. Then, I fell asleep!!!
