"I came across this Web site by accident and am glad that I did. The customer service has been great in helping me make intelligent decisions for my purchases. I have been using the small Linear Gravity Pillow for a few weeks now for regular sleeping and love the way it feels. I started for the first week using the side where the neckroll is smaller. I then switched to the side that is slightly larger. I mainly use it for laying on my back, but I find it is equally comfortable in the sidelying position. I have noticed that my upper trapezius muscles are less sore/tense and that the twinge I would feel in my neck when rotating it sideways has decreased.The radiculopathy in my fingers has lessened slightly. I have C4-6 mild disc bulges, central canal stenosis and foraminal compromise. It has affected my finger function for what I need to do to earn a living. How do I use my Halo Rejuvenator Pain Reliever?
- The Halo Rejuvenatory Pain Reliever for Headaches should be worn like a crown.
- Put the Halo Rejuvenator on your head with the weighted side on top
- The sleeve portion should slide comfortably on to the head
- Sit or stnad maintaining good posture
- Make sure you wear the Halo Rejuvenator Pain Reliever for at least 5 minutes before stretching or rotating your head
- For 5 minutes, slowly flex the neck forward- stretch the neck by bringing your chin close to your chest, then tilting your head back. (do this for a 6 second count)
- Next tilt your head to the right, then tilt your head to the left. (6 second count)
- For 5 mintues, slowly rotate the head in a clockwise postion then in a counter clockwise direction. Make sure you do this all slowly
- Always maintain good posture when performing these neck excercise.
